Roots Digital Engineering Services is offering cutting-edge computer-aided design and engineering services with emphasis on product development technology.

The incumbent should be a BE graduate with about 7-10 years experience in product design, engineering related activities and managing engineering projects using CAD applications like Pro-E / I-DEAS /CATIA. The candidate should have excellent communication, leadership and marketing skills with a proven track record. Additional qualification MBA, MS etc. with specialisation in marketing preferred.
 
Emoluments would not be a limiting factor for the right candidates.

The company would prefer some one who is a self-starter and take the challenges of building the organisation.  The agreement with such a person will include profit sharing and agreement to transfer a percentage of shares at a future date.

SECRETARY TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR

Smart and Dynamic computer literate male graduates/post graduates with good command over English, pleasing personality, excellent inter-personnel and communication skills.

The candidates should possess Sr. Grade qualification both in typing and shorthand and should be well versed in computer operations.

The job calls for a high degree of professional skills and impeccable integrity. He would be the vital link between the MD's office and other departments/companies of the group.

5-7 years as secretary to Sr. Level Management.

Compensation package would be attractive and will not be a constraint.
